pdf format
i want to preview that legend on the skins part. but i dont have adobe photoshop. way way to expensive. so is there any other way to preview this format? and is there an add-on for the format that you can add to microsoft office?

If you have acrobat pro ... you get PDF plug-ins for MS Office (allows you to save in pdf format.)
There's lots of free image manipulation programs around.

I use Solid PDF, it will allow you to convert PDF docs to and from Word and Excel. However, it is not free but I believe it is worth it.
