not what I wanted I was looking for a music track from an artist for years and when I got limewire I did a search for it, it was listed so I downloaded it but when I played it it was not what I had requested instead of the song all I got was a guy giving a plug for a web site. why did I get this instead of the song I wanted? |
You would of selected a spam result, there are heaps out there... Best way to know what is what is to check the file with Bitzi, this thread will explain how to use it..http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=37676 Also get to know file sizes, this thread will tell you about those http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=41432 ;) |
BTW this has good info on spam as well.... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...543#post168543 |
how do you rate music? |
Exactly the same way that you rate movies. Download Bitcollider from Bitzi, drag the file into Bitcollider & rate it once the Bitzi page is open:) |
because i wanted to help others so they know if the song is not a fake. can you rate your own music? i dont dl movies |
But you rarely see people rate songs. Movies are more likely to be rated |
Unless you have dial-up or you can't get good speeds, you probably don't bother checking music files but we should rate them to help out those of us who are on a slow connection..... Just a thought:). |
I am going to start rating every single song I download. |
