Help!!

Dear Sirs,
I used to have the "ENQUE" feature and used it often, but it disappeared. How can I make it available for use again?

Make sure that you still have the LW player enabled (tools > options > player & make sure that Use LW PLayer is ticked. Apply)
If that's not the problem then delete your preferences folder (when LW is closed). Instructions here
