heres the situation
i download songs on limewire and then itunes automatically creates a
playlist of the songs from limewire. how do i stop this. please help

In Limewire, go to Tools, Options, mini arrow of itunes,go to sharing, and uncheck Share My Music

I save my limewire downloads to itunes library, but as I look in (my name's)Limewire, there are songs in limewire that didn't get sent to itunes library, and I cannot move them from limewire to itunes library - help!

The LimeWire playlist that shows in iTunes is simply a reflection of what music files you have downloaded & are sitting in your download folder. So check that folder to be sure. ie: Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you. You'll see if the same files are there that are in the playlist or not.
