Can ISP's monitor your downloads? Is it true that now internet providers are monitoring where you go online and check your downloads on p2p? And if so is it legal to be checking out what your doing. |

france watches all !!! not only internet ...... remember they had minitel 30yrs ago and that was the first intenet .... they employ about ?million maybe 6! civil servants and staff that they cant justify......... and I KNOW no mobile call is not peeked into and i see telephone sub stations guarded by military middle of nowhere. yu think they do see hear watch? the states 'bush paranoia' is decades behind and i mean the french internal services are well past him you or i! i knew a code breaker whos job was watching bilions of emails day in dat out and picking certain words they do that they can also watch what you are surfing ..................................... |
