Help Help!!! Why cant i browse my brother's computer?

Why cant i browse my brothers computer what must we do i am clueless please help it says cannot browse 24...... host thats all THANKS ALOT!

Browse Host doesn't work sometimes, it's a bit unreliable. Maybe you could try using Direct Connect instead? Both of you should have chat enabled (tools > options > chat) & not see the firewall icon (brick wall).
