Codecs Or Something I have downloaded a few files only to realise that i cant even open them.I get a meesage stating that there has been a general error. I think it has something to do with codecs but i dont have the faintest idea what this means, who can i have downloaded this free media player which is called VLC but it doesnt have a burn feature. Please help!!!!!!!!!!:mad: |
No, VLC doesn't have a burn feature. It does have built in codecs though & will play most files;) Are you getting the error when you try to open using VLC? What exactly does the message say? There are links below to different codec packs Codecs & VLC |
sorry about that.I am aware that i cant burn with vlc.i can watch the films on vlc but that is no good to me because it doent have a burn feature. how di you suggest that i fix the fil so i can view it on real player or something? c:) heers mate |

I had a similair problem until i downloaded "ACE Mega CoDecS Pack". It also comes with a free player thats had no problem playing everything i've thrown at it... Heres a link if your interested.. http://www.ldmstudio.com/go/codecs.php?id=1 Hope this helps.. |
