Bad Video Quality

After downloading many Music Video clips from Limewire Pro I'm annoyed most of the time to find that the quality of the clips are very poor. Anyone know why ?

Because most of the people that are encoding them don't have the slightest idea what they are doing

BTW. You need the right codec for the different formats. But first answer still stands :)

Thanks for the reply, I guess in the back of my mind I knew that anyway. By the way, I hope you're not referring to me as a freeloader. I, in my time, have spent thousands of pounds (good Scottish banknotes) on bona fide CD's, Video's and DVD's. So if I download some music ? **** it.

If there's a music video you really want to see, you can go to www.videocodezone.com and just watch em there. If you're really good, you'll figure out a way of downloading the music vids from there. ;)

That is my signature and has alsways been my signature. It has nothing to do with buying records etc. It has to do with just downloading and then not sharing anything. It does not refer to you if you share at least some of the files you download. If not then it does. I hope having it there has got at least some of the people that come on here think twice before setting their uploadslots to zero and the bandwidth to a minimum or have no folders shared

Tried it, (videocodezone) it's no use for what I'm after i.e. 70's rock music clips.
