Default faulty cd's when burned

I have downloaded from Limewire, songs that sound good on the computer using Windows Media Player but when I burn a CD one or two songs will have jumps (A bit like when the needle on a record jumps) in them. I then go back to Limewire and download the songs again using a different host. Then burn the whole CD again. Most times the second CD comes out fine, but not always. The faulty CD's need to be thrown out as they can't be used again. I can't figure out what the problem is. The CD's don't look like they have any scratches on them. I also opened a new pack of CD's and still have the same problem. So instead of burning 3 CD's I have to burn at least 6 and throw 3 away. Hope somebody can help. aej
