I.P. is red under location means?

When I do a search some i.p. are in red. I was curious to know the reason why that is and what it means.

Unconfigured firewalls. It means they haven't configured their software firewalls or else, they are behind a NAT firewall device that hasn't been enabled for UPnP or port forwarded. You can still browse & download from such users, but you'll never be able to direct connect with them. Pity huh ... ignorance is to blame most likely. :rolleyes:
