Is there anything but viruses in these downloads?
 

I tried downloading a couple things last night and every single one of them had a virus. My anti-virus software caught it but WTF?

Some stuff you shouldn't try to download with LimeWire, such as small programs
or cracks. Most of the worms out there disguise themselves to look like that.

Bitzi can usually help but not always with the small files, because they mutate often.
