How do I change the playback buffer level on Nero

Some of my files' audio and video are out of sync. In the forums I found out that I might need to change the playback buffer level to make it work in sync. On the Nero player where do I find the place to change that setting? Right now I'm using the trial version of the latest Nero player. I think it's called Nero 7.1.

Thank you very much for your help. Hope to hear back from you.

Well, I can only tell you what I do (had the same problem as you when first starting to burn VCDs with Nero). I convert all my files first with an external converter. And since doing so, I've never had it again that the pictures and voice were out of balance.
I use this free converter, which is absolutely great:

By the way, that's now the second time that I have to edit a post of yours regarding personal information; please make sure it is THE LAST TIME !!!!
