hey, how do I make itunes as my main thing?Like before i used to use BearShare and the downloaded files would automatically transfer to ITunes. I'm wondering how to make that happen with LimeWire.

I also dont know, and whould like to find out how to transfer music to my Ipod from limewire. For me its in Itunes, but I cant get it on my Ipod.

You'll have to make sure that you're transferring the music files from your saved folder to the iTunes library... then it can move to the iPod. The "Limewire Tunes" in iTunes is just a playlist file, it doesn't contain music files. There are good instructions here (click on link)
