do i have to keep files i want to share on C: drive?
 

Ok... so im a total noob, and a moron, but after downloading some songs I tried to find them on my computer and couldnt. I saw them in the library file on lime line but it took using the search tool on windows to find the files on my hard drive. so then I coppied them to another partition where I like to keep all of my downloads, but I left them on C drive as well in case they need to be there to share.

My question is: Can I save files and let them share from another partition? And if so, how?

Yes you can. Go LW>Tools>Options>Share.....
From there you can add files and folders located anywhere on your system. Just use the "Add..." button and browse to the location of the files/folders you want to share.
