i'm trying to figure out how to get the two arrows, up and down, that are at the bottom of the queued list. they allow you to move songs on the list up or down. i can never remember how to get them. thanks

Right click on the header bar over the download window and select something like priority ... I have not got LW open right now so thet is a guess... but I'm sure you'll see what I mean :D
