New User...Need Help

I have just found out about this site, and I am confused on how to run it. I have downloaded the program, but I can't search for anything. Is there something else that needs to be done? Any advise?

Have a look at the userguide and see if it helps any - It is a little out of date for the new versions, but it should give you some help
