Why can lime wire not move my download to library?
 

I was just downloading a video file (.avi) today... and left my computer to carry on downloading whilst I was busy.
For starters its only been downloading for ann hour or two and shud really not have been finished for ages yet, but as I wasn't keeping an eye on the screen im not entirely sure.
The thing is that a limewire pop up said that the file could not be moved to library as it was in use by another programme??? What program??:confused:
I do not do partial sharing so no-one's uploading it off me, I haven't tried previewing it (as this doesn't work anyway for video), bitzi look up says that it is what it says it is and has good ratings.
How can I get it in my library?? I don't know what programme is using it. Not in the playlist (I can't see it anyway)
Do I have to delete it and start again?:(

4got to add that the file is at 100% and i'm not sure if contents have been verified yet or not

Also why does my download page say 100%, and my library (incomplete) file says its only done 13,572KB out of 700MB?

Nevermind its righted itself... its only done 1%, needed resetting.
