My brother in law asked what program can he download stuff for free. And I told him frostwire and limewire. I gave him my burned copy of limewire pro to barrow. But he said he tried to download a program. And when he downloads something he said it frostiwre and limewire say '' LimeWire can not open this file for security reasons.''. He told me this over the phone. What does this mean and how can I fix this problem? Thanks

Cannot launch via LW. LW's launch function is "only" intended for multimedia such as music & videos. Thus tell him to use the explore button to open the folder & open from there.

Also tell him to check the file size. Don't open it if it's 1 MB or less and scan it before he opens it so he doesn't get a virus.
