How can I contact someone that has illegal medical info available?
 

I have a question I hope someone can help me with. There is an individual that has medical documents he's made available to people on the network. I need to get ahold of him and let him know that they are on there. They have the patients private information on there and if caught faces huge fines. Currently he's got over 4,000 medical files online and at a federal penalty of 10,000 bucks per file he faces over 40 million in fines if caught. Who can I contact in Limewire to protect the person that has I hope unknowingly made these files available and more importantly the patients.

I don't want this person to get in trouble because the government is great at handing down fines to people for violating peoples right to protected health information.
