Email address not reconised for pro

Hi Fellow members,

I have search for an answer to my problem, but no success

I subscribed to pro about 2 years ago, had the same email address, Had to reformat my computer and lost all registation codes.

Trying to contact "A Person" to help me but no luck, i don't want to spend more $$$ as i have already subscribed
If anyone knows a way i can get the details ineed, please reply ASAP

Did you buy your original Pro from www.limewire.com? It sounds like you might've been scammed...there's no registration code for the official Pro & your payment of $18.88 USD covers you for 6 months of updates & email support only.
If you bought from a scam site, your email address would never have been in the LW database & after 2 years it would definitely be gone (even if you did buy an official version).

You can download the latest LW basic (free) version from the link above. If your old version was from 2 years ago, you should try the free version before thinking about buying Pro...a lot has changed since then!!

thanks for your reply, It was bought from LW, still lost download info i thought it was a reg code I must be wrong.

I found with pro that it was alot faster downloading and easier searches.

I might re pay for pro and then burn program to disk.
