on my searches i have noticed othere lime wire uses can store many gig for sharing
i have this problem, as soon as i get near to 3gig my computer slows and everything goes crazy
this is remidied only when i delete said downloads or send to my documents which renders me vitualy unable to share
what do i do ?????????

How much space is left on your hdd? I sounds like your out of space.

Try defraging your hdd. There is a program called CCleaner that removes unused files from your system and will free up some space. You could also delete any files or programs that you don't use. Or you could purchase another hdd.

Thats all the suggestions that I have unless you supply some more details of you problem.

Have 200gigg Hhd Only Used 40gigg
Just Realised I Have 2 Firewalls Running,have Turned One Off And Will See How It Goes
If No Joy Will Format And Start Again Without Making The Same Mistake

sharing ~3+GB of files is a known issue...too much cpu usage I believe..so just keep your shares to ~2GB let's say, and you should be fine
