why does at times my shared music library doesn't load?

When you click a shared music library in the Source list, the status area at the top of the iTunes window says the library is loading, but its contents never appear.

This happens if your computer is using more than one network connection at the same time.
For example, you may be using both an Ethernet and wireless network connection.
