Can someone please assist?! My father's computer seems to be stuck, meaning, when you turn it on, it does not actually come "on". The lights on the CPU are on but nothing happens in the monitor, except the the words "Invalid Sync" appear on the monitor. We're not able to open any of the drivers. My father seems to think this has something to do with Limewire since he did not have this problem till Limewire was installed. Is this the sign of a bug or virus? I appreciate any asssitance anyone can provide.

Did you try a safe boot? If that doesn't work then boot up with the startup disk that came with your computer. Then you can try to fathom out what the problem is. Check the logs. I've never heard of your problem before. At least not after using a p2p program.

Try checking the video cable into the computer, make sure it's attached correcty. The problem is not Limewire. It's the connection to your commputer, if the above does not work change monitors, or video cards.
