im am getting ready to sell my computer and get a new one. how do i get all my limewire imformation to my new computer? do i have to resign up again?

These are the folders you should backup onto disk & move to the new computer:

1. Shared folder or whatever you named your downloads folder.

2. Incomplete folder. Make sure both the downloads.dat & downloads.bak files are also retained in this folder. After installing LW on new computer, close it. Then replace the new incomplete folder with this one. MUST ONLY be done whilst LW is CLOSED.

3. If you're a pro user, go to your pro download page & make a note of the url address. Copy it to a document & back it up onto disk. And also make a note of your email used. Then when you want to reinstall on the new computer, just type in that url in the address bar of your browser. Or else go to LW support page & type your email into the Pro support link.
