Itunes and Limewire Library Help

I have used Limewire for quite some time and just recently found when deleting songs from limewire library it cannot be played in itunes. I read all the threads i can and have checked and unchecked default player... now. How do I save to Itunes after already existing in playlist and delete from library in limewire or is it possible? Sorry got more confused after reading all the different threads lol. Also would like to keep in itunes from now on and keep limewire library clean if possible. Would make life easier for me is all. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry I am deployed in Army and dont get as much time to play as I would like and it would be easier for me to keep library "clean" compared to taking the time to organize. But i do get your point and will organize instead that way others can get use of my library as well. Simply put, Is there a way to permanently save to itunes what I've downloaded from limewire and what i will download from limewire in the future?

I found that when I have an iPod attached to my computer, songs from LW don't automatically go there. So what I've done is this-open up iTunes, click on File (while you have your iPod attached to your computer), then click Import, and go through your My Music folder and pick each song, one by one and import them to your iPod. Once you have the songs you want, update your iPod.
