Need help on transferring mp3 files onto my mp3 player (Losonic Mp-51 Mp3 Player)

I just recently bought a new cheap mp3 player to start off with and i'm having a bit of a difficulty transferring music mp3 files from limewire to the mp3 player.. And i'm getting alittle fustrated.. So if anyone is kind of enough to give me some steps on how the process goes.. That'll help me out alot.
