Can't play movie

I downloaded a movie, I tried to play it with nero showtime and got this message. cannot play this file classfactory cannot supply requested class (ox80040111) can someone help:confused:

Get this player VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) & has in-built codecs & is reliable.
The class issue is codec related. It means your nero showtime doesn't have the correct codecs to play the video properly.

Hello there, I faced a problem before tow days. After downloading a movie I can't see it cause it gives me a message : you can see the movie only with a program 3wpalyer and you can download it from blablabla site.

Of course you going to download a virus. So the solution is to download a converter that fix this problem and you can see the movie normal. I did it and it's work.

I download a movie ******** from limewire, but when I play it I can see only first 10 seconds. what is this joke!!!! spending 5 hours downloading then watching only first 10 seconds although the movie size is 700mb, I think it's kind of a program that somebody work on to prevent seeing the whole movie.

Anybody knows a program or converter that gives a solution for this problem?
If you gentlemen knows anyway to help me on that, I will be very appreciate and anything for return I could help I am ready. Thanks. Roman

Okay my friend, try first to use program called unlocker. If it works that's cool. If not then I can tell you another way to do it.

Respect. Roman

Did you try using VLC to play it? Or what about MPlayer MPlayer - The Movie Player (there's some things each other one is better at or can't do.)

For both of you guys see Links below.

It could also be a codec problem. You may want to try VLC media player, it has the codecs built in and will play most file types. More info on codecs and other players in this thread: CODECs list for Movies /Alternate players / Video help forums.

Or it might be that the files you've downloaded are fake. The network is full of them, but you can learn to avoid them and find good ones. Look up the files with Bitzi before downloading to help sort out the bad ones.

See: Recognising Fake files

And for tips on finding good files, see: How to find music..:D
