 Try This If your good with computers try to reboot it with windows Xp disk or what ever else you have on that pc it will delete everything when you format your hardrive.Just when you format make sure you fallow the page carfully.Oh and dont turn off the computer when your reinstalling windows it will screw you over big time.I no from XP.
