Seems everybody has performance problems with LW reading the ID3 tags of MP3's .

Here is the solution , in version 2.0 annyway :

In your library you have the "annotate" button .
This is were LW saves the info it got out of the ID3 tag .
So to stop LW from waisting CPU time by checking this info simply delete it .

Do it for all your files , not just MP3's !
Just erase the annotations , it's thaat simple .

Just to be complete : You can add and erase annotations for any file type .
