The incomplete file is in your Limewire library yes so it can be deleted from there, but it is also in your files on your system aswell, it will nestle in a folder called incomplete under your documents folders, or sometimes in your program files, this is how viruses enter your system through the backdoor, get the filename and run a windows search for the file and delete it from there. You can easily stop it re-starting by going to Limewire library and at the bottom is incomplete, go to the file highlight it and the options will then show up to delete or restart d/load
