Try geting these at http://www.download.com/ they are free and ready to use they work really good it might help you with your problem.

Spybot Search & Destroy
Avg Free (Anti Virus)
Ad-Aware SE Personal

Try them see if they work for ya.

Note Make sure you update them completely be for use.And also if you update your windows with windows update.com that will help all of them nasty pop ups go away.
