Limewire is approaching to DRM chains...
 

Here's the real deal:
Limewire LLC has been sold to iMesh Inc., iMesh Inc. is planing to apply DRM technologies to both iMesh and Limewire, thus making users PAY FOR DOWNLOADING, this plans have been kept in secret, but someone has liberated the info to public, converting this in something you could get afraid off, but i am going to put some light here, this things are RUMORS therefore, they're not confirmed, but i already made the switch (do you miss the Lw userbar on my signature) to Frostwire, the guy who told this to me was COOTMASTER (an ex-ares net) , and stief, they started messing up with that, i was too surprised i made the change to Fw before it's late and it is owned by iMesh too...

REMEMBER, THESE ARE ONLY RUMORS AND SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THEM

No, iMesh bought Limewire LLC (Lw devs.)
I will miss LimeWire so much tough FrostWire is almost an exact copy, but it has irc chat and connects to 6 peers for free (Lw connects to 6 peers only in PRO ver.)

Are you sure? When did this happen? I can't find anything on Google about LW being sold to iMesh. They bought BS a while ago. Maybe it was just a typo from Coot;)

Cootmaster has made a Typo, there is no limewire lite, it was bearshare lite and it was bearshare that had been purchased by imesh NOT limewire...

You should really check the facts before posting such crap....

Nope, i'm sure, coot is a reliable person, i met him like a year ago in Peer evolution forums (i.e. Ares forums), maybe because it has been kept as a secret, and look what he said:
"...limewire was awesome too (lite) i loved the interface and player w visualizations until it was bought by imesh and went down tubes w a crappy interface and pay junk and im nonsense...."

But why do u believe he talked about FrostWire, that's NOT a typo, Limewire and Frostwire are twins in code, and he said it was free, then they made up with 2 diff. versions, one payd off, and one free of charge
I have talked to him in the irc server of frostwire, and he confirmed everything

Look I think enough has been said about this issue...When you can provide this forum with proof from a reliable source we will listen to you...

dark anyone could see this by my misquoting BEARSHARE had visualizations not FW or LIME and BEARSHARE 6 has IMS now i was talking about how bs went down toilet and lite was bearshare lite NOT LIME or FROST
lime has free/basic or pro and fw ONLY has FREE a version of lime pro if free
