VHS to DVD Recorder Problems
 

I have a Magnavox model MWR20V6 and I am trying to convert some old VHS Tapes to DVD. My problem is the recorder cuts off after around 45 mins. The only way I can record a tape is after it stops start the recording process over again and it will record again but it will be in chapters. The tapes are not copyrighted and the only brand of blank DVD I have found that works id Sony DVD+R 1x-16x The 800 number is a joke I hope some of you can solve my problem.
