Sharing files at 1KB or less???

Why should I open up my bandwidth when others only open up 1 KB? I try to open mine up as much as I can. Some people don't even open it up enough to download. It takes hours to download even a small file. If you dont want to share a file take it out of your shared file folder!

Besides deliberately capping upload speed the host may be on ADSL (limited upload bandwidth), a modem user, or have many other uploads in progress lowering the bandwidth for any one download.

Slow

Yesterday, whilst checking out some function on LimeWire to provide support for a new user, someone started to upload from me - damn I thought- I was only on for 10 secs. OK I leave it on and give the guy full speed.

With upload selected to 100% it was only moving at 1 - 2Kb... most annoying.

The only thing I can think of is that the guy was downloading loads of other stuff at the same time.

Good job it was only a small file :)
