hey guys.. p2p music service..

hey guys.. i'm also a great fan of LimeWire! I'm always thankful that there are lots of people here for the improvement of Limewire! Well, I had spent so much time for Guntella project when I was in college..

well i just wanted you guys to check out a new p2p music service called Guruger that i've developed recently. it's a small project that i worked on with a couple of my friends as a pet project. it's called Guruger and you guys can check it out at :nono:! it's a web/flash based p2p service where you can share you playlists with your friends..

well anyways.. thanks for reading this.
i opened up at discussion forum for you guys at :nono:

there needs to be lots of improvement and we are very open to hear from you guys!

thanks!

guys.. also..

guys... the point of this service is not just sharing MP3s illegally among random people.. the point is to share your taste and interest in music with people you know already.. that's why you can only share your playlists among 30 limited friends in this service.

one of the reasons why we started this project was our personal, simple demands such as "'I wannna enjoy my music with my friends.' and "I want to listen to my music playlists at home or at the office from anywhere I go.. "

we will probably try to add some features that can help you find people who have similar taste of music in the futures..

this is still a buggy pet project... please give us some good ideas or opnions..
i'm willing to listen to everyone's ideas and i truly hope to make this project together with you guys.

thanks!

and pulease do not try posting the url again, as your nick, and everything associated with that registration will be permanently banned...

da1nonly April 6th, 2007 06:37 PM

whoa, what happened peerless?

AzmaniaRogers April 6th, 2007 08:42 PM

hey.. i never said it is a "product". it's just a small project that i'm working on my own (with a bit of help from my friends) and it's free and it will be free in the future as well. i have no intention to make it a commercial product out of this.

AzmaniaRogers April 6th, 2007 08:43 PM

i don't believe this...

i just wanted listen to some of the memebers' opnions..

Good luck Man.

Azmania.Hi.
Don't take it to heart, Peerless is just doing his job, the links posted on this forum are all for the purpose of HELP, No exceptions.
Allow 1 URL & before you no it, its become an add site for all sorts of crap &
thats just not going to happen.
If you wish that interested people contact you, you need only put a message
saying (anyone interested P.M. me) then you can make arrangements with other forum members. OK.
You said!!.
"i have no intention to make it a commercial product out of this.":wasntme: Sounds like something a politician would say.

Try saying, I guarantee this project will remain open source, that may get people's attention.
Anyone who tries to further the cause of open information sharing
has my vote & I for one wish you every success.
Peace.

iTunes has a network sharing capability for playlists for lans/wan set ups. I presume it's a similar concept.

You do need to specify your intentions in as much detail in the beginnng as Peerless pointed out. mickjapa108 also made some good points. PM the URL to me, & mods & I will investigate it.
