email not recognized
 
i purchased limwirepro via paypal and when i go to limewire,com it says my email is not recognized-its the one on my acct? i've totally lost the app with a crash and dont have any info saved--here is my proof of my paypal transaction:

Your Pro payment entitles you to free updates & email support for up to 6 months. After that time, your email address won't be in the database...since you bought Pro 8 months ago, I'd say that's what's happened;)

It's up to the customer to save & back up their Pro installers. If you want a Pro version, you'll have to pay again. Otherwise, just stick with the free basic version.
