Limewire 1.7b much better than V.2.02

I installed Limewire V. 2.02 and was extremely disappointed. Lot of banners, no possibilities to handle the connections, and this stupid additional programs!!!
What should be the idee of an mp3-player. Don't we have enough on our systems already?

The badest thing is, that there was a Trojan on it called Trojan.Win32.DlDer, which can be removed with the following program

So after all I deinstalled V. 2.02 and be lucky with the much better V. 1.7b.
