limewire files zipped

all my limewire files all of a sudden after 2 years are zipped.does anyone know why or how to fix the problum

Oh dear not good....You have a virus.. The only AV that I know of to get rid of this virus is AVG, it is free...So if you aren't running that AV the best thing to do is disable the one you have and download AVG, scan your computer, get rid of the virus and then you can unistall AVG and make your normal AV active again...

Unfortunatley because of this virus all your files have been ruined...

ok what is zipped are they gone cause we went to listen to some music and all of are songs are gone

That's what this virus does, once you eradicate it you unfortunately lose all your music as well...
