Problem with moving files to Ipod

Hey,
I am getting ticked. Downloaded music from Limewire. The I go to move a song or two over to Ipod play list and I get this errror message.

file/c:dpcuments %20and20settings/workstaion/sh does not seen to be a valid podcast url

Has anyone else had this happened? If so what do you do?

Are you trying to transfer to your iPod from the "your name's LimeWire Tunes" playlist? That won't work. You'll have to transfer your songs from your saved folder to the iTunes library...then onto your iPod.
