Default Limewire Pro

Apologies if this is the wrong forum.
I signed up for Limewire Pro yesterday and it said that my card was not accepted it gave me multiple reasons why but none of them applied to me.
I went back and filled out the information again and still it said that the card was not valid.
Today I called my credit card and found out that low and behold $18.88 was taken from my card two times...but I *still* don't have Limewire Pro.
I go to ask for help by clicking on Billing Inquiries ..it wouldn't accept my email addy I used to (try) to get Limewire Pro.
So basically I have paid two times for Limewire Pro without actually getting Limewire Pro...and the website telling me they couldn't accept my card.

Any suggestions?
TIA

When your card was declined you also saw this in the error message:

"WARNING TO DEBIT & CREDIT CARDHOLDERS:

Please limit your purchase attempts. Every time you attempt to make a purchase, your bank temporarily puts the purchase amount on hold. It can take your bank 3-5 days to unblock access to credit card funds, and 5-10 days to unblock access to debit card funds."

That explains why you see the $18.88 listed on your account. No funds have been taken, it is merely put on hold by the credit card company.

Hope this helps. PM me if you have further questions.
