I'm trying to download both [edit]in English and Japanese, but all I get are trailers or exe files for [edit]. What are these exe files?

On another problem, there's this quicktime movie of a girl stripping. Ordinarly I wouldn't mind, but access to the file brings several pop-ups of porn subscriptions. It's under very different names, but they are seem to be 1100 MB. Could you guys ban this kind of thing? It's very hard to get the videos I want to download without my monitor popping up stuff that slows downloads to a crawl.

Back to the exe files. The LimeWire warns me that I might be downloading a virus with the file. How can I be sure I won't be affecting my pc with a virus?

Final rant. The zipped files. Everytime I unzip a file I get a lot of readme files. If I could get some help in this regard I'd be grateful.
