Email says no good for Pro
 

I have payed for the Lime wire pro, But when I try to Download it, It tells me that my email is no good. What do I need to do. Thanks.

Did you buy Pro from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download « & did you buy it less than 6 months ago, for $18.88? Your Pro payment entitles you to free updates & email support for up to 6 months...if it's been more than 6 months then your email address won't be in the database anymore. If you bought Pro from another site, your email address won't be in the official database;)

Yes I bought it from the link that you Posted, As a matter of fact, they charged me 4 time but credited back 3 of the for. Let me ask a Question. Was i suppost to get an email once i bought it. if So i never have gotten it.

Yep, you should've got an email with a link to a personal download page...for you to download Pro for the 6 months. Don't worry, these payment stuff-ups happen sometimes but you won't be ripped off:p

Send limenathan a PM with all your details & tell him exactly what's happened. He works for LW & handles billing enquiries so he should be able to sort everything out!
