How to rename a audio file ????????? I want to rename and customize my audio files for easier acess and because they are incorrect artists stated on the audio files.I "right click" on my"mouse" and select the topic "rename".I procede to delete unwanted characters (letters,numbers) that I don't want and add characters (letters,numbers) that I do want.When I obtain the desired renamed name I want to name the audio file,I click "enter" on the keyboard and the old file name reappears.How do I get my changes to stay???? |
rename audio files what you should do instead of just "right click and renaming "right click and go down to properties then rename the file from there,this will work :xirokrotima: |
Renaming a audio file in Limewire 4.12 wwke5994,When I "right click" on the audio file(music),"properties" is not one of the choices given to choose from so that wont work.I have Windows XP.Thank you anyway for trying,someone out there has the answer I'm sure THE STURGEON GENERAL. |

I think it depends what version you have. I have 4.13.6. In Limewire Library Rt. click file > describe > audio. Can make changes here. Can also go to advanced to make further changes. I noticed that you said you hit enter on your keyboard, try clicking on ok at bottom of page after changes are made. |
