CODEC issue. Either download the codec. Or else, we normally recommend this player: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable.

To see what VLC can play, see VLC - Features

Else, get the divx or Xvid codecs.

Hi ... Thanks for your help  I went to use that player you mention and it does the samething with that player as well , I can only hear the movie not see anything , Though I did once see the whole movie without any problems , just now I can't , Can you suggest what codes I need or another way to fix this ? Thanks

WOW if VLC can't play it ... then I am suspicious about the file. Or about something with your system settings. Maybe someone else has ideas .. sorry. Tried rebooting? How about defragmenting your drive ... that can make a big difference since video requires fast reading from the hdd. A fragmented HDD slows reading from the drive down, & can slow your whole computer down. Try defragmenting your drives/partitions. Also try moving your file to another partition before opening.

You might be right about my computer , I just copy the movie onto a external drive and use it on another computer , It was ok with that computer using WMP , I am going to try a reimage option now on this comp and see if everything is ok , let you know in a few minuts , Thanks

Well I made an clone image and everything seem to be working good again , Though I'm curious when and how my files got corrupted ? Thanks any ways for your help and the link for that player which I am now using
