Why search results have nothing to do with search terms? Before making this post I did search regarding this question, and found a few posts about using filters to stop unwanted search results. Fine, I now understand how to avoid getting search results about "cute puppies" and "free APPLE iPhone", etc. However, the question still remains: Why am I getting results like "cute puppies" and "free APPLE iPhone" when the only search term I requested was "Suzuko"? When I do the search for "Suzuko", I get about 666 hits, almost all of them do NOT have the term Suzuko, the the few that do, are mp3 and zip files that I'm nearly certain are trash. I understand the trash files that are named "Suzuko" (anyone can make a file containing anything, call it anything, and then share it); but from a conceptual point of view how can someone create a file called "PUPPY", and then always make it appear as a search result regardless of what search is being performed? |
Those results are being auto-generated. They are artificial. By organisations trying to destroy the gnutella network. They get sponsored to do it by groups such as MPIA, RIAA, etc. ___ (a) Overpeers, ___ (b) MediaSentry, ___ (c) Mediadefender autogenerated spam results.
