Yahoo! Music Jukebox

Currently, when I download a song on Limewire, it also automatically gets put in my Library in Yahoo's "Musicmatch Jukebox" (as well as the appropriate Windows file in my computer). However, Yahoo is upgrading that program to "Yahoo! Music Jukebox", which I just upgraded to.

So, now I need downloaded songs to go to the new program, but I have forgotten how to set that up. (I am running Windows XP, if that pertains to this problem.)

Can anybody help? Thanks in advance!

You need to make "Yahoo! Music Jukebox" your default player now...

Go to your shared folder (outside of Limewire) you will find this folder by clicking on one of your files in your LW library and clicking explore...

Right click on one of your MP3 files
Select open with
Select choose program
select Yahoo! Music Jukebox
and tick the box that says always use this program to open this file type
Select OK

Thanks for your help! That worked, except for a couple songs, for some reason. I've sent an email to Customer Service about those. Any idea why a music file will play in the old Yahoo Musicmatch but not the newer Music Jukebox 2.2 ?

FYI, I have discovered that in migrating my music files from Yahoo's Musicmatch to Yahoo Music Jukebox, the time or duration of those songs did not transfer over. Those are the files that won't play. Now to figure out why that info didn't transfer with the rest of each file's info.... Hmmm....

Did you try dragging and dropping the individual files over to Yahoo! Music Jukebox from your shared folder outside of limewire...

To find this folder by clicking on one of your files in your LW library and clicking explore...
