I don't remember the email account that was used?

My kids downloaded limewirepro. My cc was charged. The computer that it was downloaded to crashed and now I can't access my account on my new computer. \
I would appreciate any help on this.

How long ago did your kids buy Pro? Pro entitles you to free updates for up to 6 months (it's up to the user to save & back up their Pro installers). So if the Pro was bought more than 6 months ago the email address won't be in the database anyway. In that case you'll need to pay again if you want Pro.

It was only 2 months ago. I tried all emails. I am thinking there was maybe a typo in the email address. I don't know what happened but I do know that my cc was charged for it.

So I don't know what to do.

Check the vendor on your CC statement...if it says LIME WIRE LLC next to the purchase then Pro was bought from the official site:xeri_ok1ani:

If there's a different vendor listed on your CC statement then your Pro's probably been purchased from a scam site. In that case, have a read of this thread.
