I seem to have deleted all my limewire music?!?!?
 

HI there firstly thanks for taking time to read this post, ok so i have (had) alot of songs in my limewire and when i was using it the other day it suddenly froze and would not play any songs when i was double clicking.

This has never happened before so i stupidly clicked tools>options>restore defaults. It then said that one or more effects may take place next time i open up limewire so i left it and when i opened it today KABOOM. all vanished.

Are these gone off my computer i cant find them in my limewire folder either? If any one can shed some likght on getting them back i had alot of music.

Hi there, as an idea, try searching in Windows for any of the tracks you remember you had on Limewire before your troubles.. If you find one, search the containing folder, and hopefully you will have found all the missing tracks! As a note, any tracks I download are saved in my share folder plus in my media player. Good luck! p.s. If you don't find them, then I'm afraid it's a case of 'starting again'
