Picture is 'scrambled'

Hello everyone!

I've been pleased with limewire for some time now and use it for my music. However, I've been trying to download movies for the grand- kiddies and when I do, the picture appears to be 'scrambled'. I've tried checking my options and security levels but can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Can anyone help
