hi i am using limewire and somtimes i cancel a download of a movie and it doenst delete the video i ahve porbaly done this 100 times or a dick problem occurs etc well anyways i found now i have ran out of local c space anyway to delete all these files

Go to your Incomplete folder in the Limewire Library and delete them from there...;)
If they go to your recycle bin you can also clear that out as well...
